    Fill in the form below and pay $29.99 securely with PayFast. WebScheduler is a South African company, so PayFast charges it in South African rand and your bank converts it. You get a receipt by email.

    Send us your details

    We email you to collect your logo, photos, hours, services and service areas. Reply with what you have.

  3. 03

    We complete your profile

    Within 3 business days of having your details, we write and fill in every part of your profile.

  4. 04

    You check it, and it is yours

    We send you the link, fix anything that is not right, and from then on you manage it yourself, free.

Questions

Do I need a profile already?
No. If you do not have one yet, we create it for you. If you do, paste its link into the form and we complete that one.
What do you need from me?
After you pay, we email you to collect your logo, a few photos of your work, your opening hours, the services you offer and the areas you serve. Reply with what you have and we do the rest.
Will my profile show higher in discovery results?
No. Nobody can pay for a higher place on WebScheduler Local. A complete profile simply matches more of what customers set out to discover, which is the point of the service.
Does this include Plus?
No. Plus is a separate monthly upgrade that adds your other locations, your team and the Jobs board. You can add it from your dashboard at any time.
Who owns the profile afterwards?
You do. Your profile stays free, and you can change anything on it yourself at any time from manage your profile.
Is my payment safe?
PayFast takes the payment. We never see your card details.

Terms of the service

  • The fee is $29.99, paid once through PayFast. WebScheduler is a South African company, so PayFast charges it in South African rand and your bank converts it. There is nothing further to pay for the service.
  • We complete your profile within 3 business days of receiving your details, logo and photos.
  • You may cancel for a full refund until we start work on your profile. Once we have started, the fee is not refundable.
  • You confirm that the logo, photos and information you send us are yours to use, and accurate.
  • Paying for setup does not change where your profile appears in discovery results, and does not include Plus, branches, team members or job posts.
  • Your profile stays free, belongs to you, and you can change or remove it at any time. Our terms and privacy policy apply.
